1. General Terms
- This policy applies to all users, clients, and subscribers of Gigzofy Inc, whether using our SaaS-based business management platform or availing of digital marketing and creative services.
- By using our Services, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
2. SaaS Subscription Refund Policy
2.1 Free Trials
- We may offer a limited-time free trial of our SaaS platform.
- No charges apply during the trial period unless you upgrade to a paid plan before it ends.
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.
- If you cancel, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
- You may request for cancelation to get refund within 7 days of the initial annual payment, provided no significant usage e.g., exceeding usage limits, creating client records, exporting reports has occurred.
- After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel auto-renewal to avoid future charges.
2.4 Automatic Renewals
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle.
- You may disable auto-renewal at any time via your account dashboard.
3. Digital Agency Services Refund Policy
Our digital agency services include branding, content creation, web development, advertising campaigns, UI/UX design, and marketing strategy.
3.1 Service Agreement
- All agency services are governed by individual project scopes, contracts, or SOWs.
- Refunds for agency services depend on the terms outlined in the service agreement and the stage of project completion.
3.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds for custom digital services may be granted as follows:

3.3 Client Delays or Non-Cooperation
- If a project is delayed due to client unresponsiveness for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to pause or terminate the project.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 SaaS Subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription anytime through your user dashboard.
- Cancellation will stop future billing but does not trigger a refund unless it falls under the refund window outlined above.
4.2 Digital Service Projects
- To cancel a custom agency service, written notice is required.
- Any eligible refund will be calculated based on work completed and costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, and consultation charges
- Third-party service charges or platform fees (e.g., paid ad budgets, hosting costs)
- Training and support sessions already delivered
- Discounted or promotional plans
- Custom software or codebase created specifically for your business
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@gigzofy.in with your account or project details.
- Specify the reason for your refund request.
- Allow up to 7–10 business days for evaluation and resolution.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your access to all services
- Pursue legal and financial recovery for disputed amounts and related costs

8. Policy Changes
Gigzofy Inc reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
